Meet Alva & Rogue – Two Sweet Souls Ready for Their Next Chapter!
Alva and Rogue are two shy but very sweet cats who have spent time together in foster care, where they made wonderful progress and gained confidence at their own pace. They are now back at the shelter and ready to find their forever homes! While they are not bonded, they have enjoyed having each other around. Alva has discovered that people are pretty great-especially when treats are involved-and she loves seeking out attention and affection from people she trusts. Rogue is a gentle, easygoing boy who enjoys taking life slowly, finding cozy spots to relax, and quietly observing the world around him. Both have shown us that once they feel safe and comfortable, their sweet personalities really shine.
We would love to see Alva and Rogue go home together if they make a match with the same family, but it is not required. They can absolutely find separate homes as long as they each have other friendly cats in the home to provide companionship. Both will do best with calm, patient families who give them time to decompress and continue building confidence. Cozy hiding spots, soft beds, tall cat trees, and plenty of opportunities to relax and observe their surroundings will help them feel secure. Whether they find their forever home together or separately, Alva and Rogue are ready to keep blossoming into the sweet, affectionate companions they have shown us they can be.
