Leann – FIV+
Behold! This magnificent and glorious creature is Leann! She is not only a model, but she is also the spokesperson for the growing community of "cats in need of attention". She loves to talk and demand pets and also loves to talk while being pet as a thank you. She is looking for someone to come through the door that she can bond with so she can snuggle up in their lap in her new home. She can be independent and would appreciate some space like a shelf or cat tower that she can go to when looking for alone time. She would prefer a home without any other animals and would do best with mature children who will respect her boundaries as an older lady. Once she is comfortable with you, she will leap into your arms to be held and snuggled! A home with perches and beds for her to steal is just what she needs!
Leann is on a prescription K/D diet to help manage her early kidney disease. Because of this, she would love her family to bring her to the vet regularly.
Leann is FIV+ which is a retro virus that affects her immune system and may make her more susceptible to certain illnesses or diseases. To learn more about FIV, please ask a staff member!
