Each year, Bangor Savings Bank’s Community Matters More Grants program provides critical funding to local nonprofits, helping organizations like the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society continue making a difference throughout Maine and New Hampshire.

Thanks to your incredible support, GAHS has been fortunate to receive several of these grants over the years – including $5,000 in 2025! Those funds have gone directly toward caring for the animals who need us most, and we’re hoping to do it again this year.
