Many pet owners in our community struggle to make ends meet and afford veterinary care for their dogs and cats. The Greater Androscoggin Humane Society believes that people will make good decisions for animals when they are treated with kindness and understanding, and when they have enough information and resources.
To help ensure that our community pets get basic wellness services, and to keep pets with their loving families despite financial difficulty, we will soon begin offering low-cost services for owned animals. Please note that these services are not meant to replace an ongoing relationship with a local veterinarian, and are only basic wellness services.
Please keep an eye on this site and our Facebook page, for an announcement about the launch of these services in the near future. If you need help getting your pet spayed or neutered, visit our spay/neuter assistance page.
